About me
My journey into user experience began as a massage therapist, where I learned to design solutions individualized to the needs of each client. My highest priorities are helping others, and creating tangible connections in the world. Whether that’s through touch or technology, I’m motivated by choosing to meet my clients where they are in their particular journey. I believe that active listening, compassion, empathy, and effective communication are tools with far-reaching potential in any industry.
I’m a curious person, who takes a multidisciplinary approach to life. This means I’m good at making unlikely connections between seemingly unrelated material. I value interdependence, and use this as a working model for achieving the best results. I believe in looking at both conventional and unconventional approaches to problems.
When I’m not designing, I love reading about psychology and self-development, deconstructing a poem, or galavanting around a new-to-me city.
